When setting up a new high school students, the CFP business administrator (or Laura) must submit a request for new *affiliate* (not guest!) netIDs that are specific to each student. After these netIDs are generated, they must be submitted to IT to register them as “POI” (Person outside institution). After this is granted they should be able to access safety trainings. (Collin note: in my experience working with Pietro and Shaan, calling IT and talking to HR in person can speed things up if they're taking a long time. It should only take a few days for each step, but ideally this should be completed before the high school students arrive.)
