Cryogenic NH Discharge

To do list:
- Solder heatsink
- Testing resonant frequency of RF coil (147.2 MHz)
- Thermally cycle cell components
- Close cell, leak check at room temperature.
- Close dewar, cool down
Equipments needed:
- Vacuum pump
- Thermometry
- Ordered DT-670-CU-1.4L silicon diodes from Lakeshore
- AC amplifier
- Helium buffer gas source
- Gas handling system for entraining NH3 into helium
- Dewar mounting plate
